A UK company has apparently invented a chocolate that doesn't melt. It's also pliable and can be sculpted into all kinds of shapes. Apparently the company that created it has developed a new way to set chocolate that allows for this new texture. Strangely, the only thing really not mentioned in this article is how it tastes.
