It's Time For Our Halloween Candy Review!!!

Since I'm not in North America right now, I was fairly certain that I wasn't going to have a review up for Halloween this year. As it turns out, Halloween has turned into an event here in Asia. I think it's wrapped up in the whole Asian cosplay world, but what that meant for me was the chance to pick up a Halloween treat. Sure it wasn't that impressive, but it was nice to have anyway.
