It's About Time That We Had Some South American Candy Reviews - Vauquita "Tableta Dulce De Leche"

I've never been to South America. At this point I think it's the only continent that I've never visited (excluding Antarctica). So as you would imagine, I don't have many South American candies reviewed on Candy Critic. Well I've taped into a vein of South American candies, so for the next little while I'll be posting new South American candy reviews regularly.
